Christer L. Fagersten has listed for sale a seven-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 244 Golden Gate Ave. in Belvedere for $7.75 million.

The 5,890-square-foot house, which was built in 1916, is in Belvedere Bayside. Alexandra Fagersten of Decker Bullock Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent.

Mr. Fagersten is the director at Camp Counselors USA, Inc. Camp Counselors is a work program and cultural exchange initiative that allows participants from various countries to have a summer work either as a counselor or as a staff in a summer camp in the United States. The organization assists in visa placements, travel insurance, accommodation, wage and tax processing, and others. Aside from being the director of CCUSA, he is also an attorney practicing at the law firm of Sebetic and Partners.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 33 home sales in Belvedere during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2.5 million.
