Securities attorney lists Stinson Beach 3BD for $6.985M

Theodore A. Griffinger, Jr. and John B. Jones II have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 332 Seadrift Road in Unincorporated Stinson Beach for $6.985 million.

The 2,156-square-foot home in Stinson Beach was built in 2002. The oceanfront estate has been awarded the Excellence in Design designation by the AIA/San Francisco Chapter in 2004. Katherine Beacock of Seadrift Realty is the listing agent.

Griffinger is a senior counsel in the litigation and finance and workouts practice groups at the law firm Stein & Lubin LLP in San Francisco. He concentrates his practice on the areas of securities, real estate and fiduciary matter.

He previously was a managing partner of Landels, Ripley & Diamond. Earlier in his career, he practiced at Pettit, Evers & Martin. He has also taught trial practice as an adjunct faculty member at the University of California Hastings College of the Law.

He holds a B.A. from Williams College and a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of Law.
