IT services firm exec buys 9BD in Bolinas

Adam Doblo and Martha Rode bought a nine-bedroom home at 23 Brighton Ave. in Bolinas for $828,000 from Rosanne M. Lavoy and David A. Liebenstein on Nov. 1.

The 2,582-square-foot house was built in 1891.

Doblo is the owner and vice president of Adaptive Solutions, Inc., an information technology and services company that provides a legal-specific systems integration and consulting services.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 13 home sales in Bolinas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $730,000.
