Eileen Donahoe and John Donahoe sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 141 Seadrift Road in Stinson Beach to Susan Alexander and Gary Stolzoff for $2.2 million on Dec. 15.

The 2,043-square-foot house was built in 2000.

Eileen Donahoe is the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Human Rights Council. Prior to that, she was a litigation associate at Fenwich & West and a teaching fellow at Stanford Law School.

She earned her B.A. from Dartmouth College, her M.A. from Harvard University, her J.D. from Stanford Law School and her Ph.D. from University of California, Graduate Theological Union.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 13 home sales in Stinson Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $1.5 million.
