Printing co. pres sells 4BD home in Stinson Beach

Dora Zausner and Eric Zausner sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 172 Seadrift Road in Stinson Beach (unincorporated) to Andrew R. Berliner and Rachel Anne Berliner for $5.7 million on Dec. 9.

The Zausners bought the property for $4.41 million in July 2006. The 1,793-square-foot house, built in 1983, is in the Stinson Beach subdivision.

Eric Zausner is the president of Butler Press, a newspaper and direct mail printing services provider. Previously, he was the president of Strategic Performance Management, managing director and member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee at Booz Allen and Hamilton and deputy administrator at the Federal Energy Administration.

He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 19 home sales in Stinson Beach (unincorporated) during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.63 million.
