Howard Herzenberg, Carla Herzenberg, Hendrika Herzenberg and Jonathan Mark Herzenberg bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 58 Golden Hind Passage in Corte Madera from Herwig Baier and Karin Finger Baier for $770,000 on Nov. 21.

The Baiers paid $628,000 for the property in Feb. 2002.

The 1,552-square-foot house was built in 1958 in Corte Madera East of 101.

Howard Herzenberg is a board certified internal medicine specialist. He is affiliated with El Camino Hospital in Mountain View.

He received his M.D. from the University of Amsterdam. He completed his internship at Brookdale Hospital Center, his residency at Montefiore Medical Center and his fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 128 home sales in Corte Madera during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $717,500.
