Manager sells Corte Madera west of 101 4BD for $1.18M

Thomas J. Melka sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1029 Meadowsweet Drive in Corte Madera to Dean M. Osumi and Laura Q. Osumi for $1.18 million on Nov. 29.

The 3,673-square-foot house, which was built in 1983, is in Corte Madera West of 101.

Melka has been a client relationship manager at Pitney Bowes Management Services. He has also been the director of sales at computer networking firm InterNetwork AG. Moreover, he has been with Xerox Corp. as global account manager and general manager of the said firm's business services department.

Dean Osumi is a dentist in San Francisco.

He attended the University of San Francisco.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 130 home sales in Corte Madera during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $715,000.
