Investment firm partner buys 4BD in Tiburon for $1.11M

Jeffrey Scott Lisle and Wendy Y. Lisle bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 90 Rancho Drive in Tiburon from Erika Heater Ramlan and Thomas Ramlan for $1.11 million on Nov. 29.
The 3,010-square-foot house was built in 1954 in North of Trestle Glen Blvd.
Jeffrey Lisle is a partner at White Oak Global Advisors. Previously, he served as a partner and head of U.S. operational due diligence for Albourne Partners.
Erika Ramlan is the owner of Worldwide Wellness Associates, a wellness solutions company based in San Ramon. Before establishing the company, she worked as a contract trainer at Wordlink and technical support at Broderbund Software.
She holds a business degree from San Francisco State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 109 home sales in Tiburon during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.36 million.
