Benjamin M. Dollard and Kristine Hankinson Dollard bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 4 Corte Las Casas in Tiburon from Stephen W. Jones for $1.5 million on Nov. 29.

The 2,678-square-foot house, which was built in 1970, is in North of Trestle Glen Blvd.

Benjamin Dollard has been the senior vice president and general manager at Constellation Brands International, a wine, beers, and spirits manufacturing and distribution company. Aside from that, he has been a senior vice president for international at Constellation Wines US. He has also been with Pacific Wine Partners as president and senior vice president of marketing. Moreover, he has been the president at BRL Hardy USA Inc., another winery products and services company.

He received a wine business degree from the University of Adelaide in Australia.

The Dollards also own a condo at 1083 Clay St. in Nob Hill.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 352 home sales in Tiburon during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $932,000.
