Shelby Ruth De Quesada sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 80 De Silva Island Drive in Mill Valley to Lily S. Grace for $1.4 million on Nov. 30.

The 2,422-square-foot condo is part of the 62 units at De Silva Island, a development that was built in 2001 in Strawberry.

Quesada is the founder and president of Shelby De Quesada Interior Design at Mark Tanner Construction Inc.

She studied fine arts at Stephens College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been four condo sales in Mill Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,278,500.
