Marin J. Bright and Luc Troussieux have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 160 Homestead Blvd. in Mill Valley for $975,000.

The 2,058-square-foot house was built in 1992 in Homestead subdivision. Avril Couris of Frank Howard Allen Realtors is the agent for the listing.

Bright is the chief executive officer of Smart Meetings, a company that provides event management services.

She holds a B.A. in communications from Mills College. She also attended the University of Nevada - Reno.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 314 home sales in Mill Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $880,000.
