Chris Churchill and Marcella Churchill have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 335 Sausalito St. in Corte Madera for $990,000.

The Churchills paid $839,000 for the property in May 2001. The 2,150-square-foot home in Corte Madera West of 101 was built in 1984. David Jacquez of New World Real Estate is the listing agent.

Chris Churchill is the chief operating officer at NaturaTech Inc. in San Francisco. He previously served as a chief revenue officer at Grower's Secret. Prior to that, he was an SEO consultant at Info-Bites. Before Info-Bites, he served as president of AMPP Consulting, and as CEO of Optimate Networks and of Fathom Online. He has also held a variety of positions at Ask Jeeves, Left Field, USWeb and Cybernautics. Earlier in his career, he was the owner of Alternative Edge.

He attended the Hun School of Princeton and graduated from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in communications and business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 125 home sales in Corte Madera during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $722,500.
