Nooshin Salkhi is a graduate student researcher at the University of California, where she is working on her M.S. in civil and environmental engineering. She previously was a project manager at Grand Inc. Prior to that, she was an architect designer at Architecture International.

She has a B.A. in architecture from the University of California.

The Salkhis also own a home at 9 Alpine Road in Novato. They paid $1.68 million for the property in January 2005.
