Jeffrey Kaszubinski and his wife, Nancy, bought a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 4024 Capstan Place in unincorporated Discovery Bay from Carl and Demetra Lindsey for $1.075 million on April 30.
The 4,770-square-foot property was built in 1992 in Contra Costa.
Mr. Kaszubinski is a vice president of engineering at Cypress Semiconductor, a semiconductor firm. Prior to joining Cypress Semiconductor, he served as the president and CEO at Silicon Magnetic Systems. He was also a development manager and a product engineer and design engineer at Texas Instruments.
He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of New Orleans.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 278 home sales in unincorporated Discovery Bay in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $275,000.
