Kymeng Lim bought a seven-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 5260 Judsonville Drive in Antioch from Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. for $403,000 on May 21.
The bank acquired the property for $391,500 in Nov. 2009. The 3,888-square-foot ouse was built in 2002 in Antioch South neighborhood. It is located in the Black Diamond Canyon subdivision.
Mr. Lim was a past senior support specialist at Penguin Computing, a company specializing in Linux cluster virtualization. Prior to that, he was a UNIX consultant at Bingham Law Firm and at Bay Area Air Quality Management District.
He attended San Francisco State College and San Jose State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,629 home sales in Antioch during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $199,250.
