Todd R. Dimartino and Dina P. Dimartino has relisted a six-bedroom, five-bath home at 540 Wild Flower Place in Danville for $2.7 million.
Dimartino originally listed the home with J. Rockcliff Realtors Inc. for $3 million in March 2010. He took the home off the market in October 2010 and relisted it at the existing price on Jan. 21. Dave Bauer of J. Rockcliff Realtors Inc. is still the listing agent.
The 4,996-square-foot house was built in 1989 in Danville East. It is part of Bryan Meadow subdivision.
Todd Dimartino is the president and founder of Dettaglio Construction Inc. He previously was president, majority stockholder and founder of Skyline Construction Inc.
Dina Dimartino is CFO at DCI-Dettaglio Construction Inc. She formerly served as property manager for Grubb & Ellis, Compass Management & Leasing Inc. and Jones Lang LaSalle. Before that, she served as assistant property manager for Cranbrook Financial Corporation and was an accountant at Trammell Crow Residential.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 161 home sales in Danville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $895,000.
