Samuel Greason IV and Dana L. Greason has relisted a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1223 Upper Happy Valley Road in Lafayette for $2.9 million.
The Greasons originally listed the home with J. Rockcliff Realtors for $3.58 million in April 2010. They took the home off the market in September 2010 and relisted it at the existing price on Jan. 24. Dana Green of Pacific Union International Inc. is the current listing agent.
The 3,907-square-foot house was built in 1978 in Lafayette North. It is part of Happy Valley subdivision.
Samuel Greason is an attorney, real estate broker and the owner of Bella Vista Land Advisors. Previously, he was partner at Keenan Land Co. in Palo Alto. He has also worked as a real estate lawyer in San Francisco and New York, was an associate with Rubin Glickman & Associates and an in-house counsel for John Kean Development.
He obtained his J.D. from the New York University Law School and earned a B.A. from Cornell University.
The Greasons also own Happy Valley Cellars, a boutique winery operation in Lafayette.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 156 home sales in Lafayette during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $940,500.
