Architecture firm marketer selling El Cerrito 3BD

Carl A. Hampson and Maia S. Hampson have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 7140 Plank Ave. in El Cerrito for $429,000.

The 1,219-square-foot house was built in 1956 in El Norte. The Hampsons acquired the property in Feb. 2006. Maggie Resnick of Marvin Gardens Real Estate is the agent for the listing.

Maia Hampson works in the marketing department of HNTB Architecture. Previously, she served as a marketing director at Pfau Long Architecture and worked as a marketing coordinator at SmithGroup, an architectural firm established in 1953.

She attended the University of California - Santa Cruz.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 142 home sales in El Cerrito during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $359,000.
