The 2,530-square-foot home in Fairview South was built in 1989.

Mr. Blanch has been a partner with the law firm McDermott Will & Emery in Menlo Park. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and patent law. He previously worked as an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.

He has an A.B. from College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from Boston University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 156 home sales in Fairview during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $339,500.
