Daniel Lopez and Meghan F. Lopez have relisted a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 5237 Lawton Ave. in North Oakland for $660,000.
The Lopezes originally listed the home with The GRUBB Co. for $685,000 in October 2011. Nancy Hinkley of Pacific Union International is the current listing agent.
The Lopezes acquired the home from Karen Susan Haverkamp and Conrad Leon Epting in November 2007. The 1,373-square-foot house was built in 1911 in Shafter subdivision.
Lopez, an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer, is chief executive officer and founder at Furnicology.com, an online marketplace for sustainable, green furniture, and interior products, and a principal at Space Occupations, a Washington, D.C. and San Francisco, Calif. based design firm. She also teaches sustainable interiors at the University of Berkeley extension. She previously was an associate designer at BraytonHughes Design Studios.
She earned her bachelor's degree in interior design from The George Washington University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 495 home sales in North Oakland during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $350,000.
