Communication exec relists Fremont 4BD for $1.58M

Bahram Kayhour and Farah Kayhour have relisted a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 47796 Avalon Heights Terrace in Fremont for $1.58 million.

The Kayhours originally listed the home with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate for $1.85 million in July 2011. They took the home off the market in September 2011 and relisted it at the existing price on Jan. 27. Jila Afjei of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is still the listing agent.

The 3,374-square-foot house was built in 1998 in Vineyards-Avalon.

Bahram Kayhour is a quality manager at Cortina Systems, an intelligent communication solutions provider. Prior to joining Cortina, he was QRE manager and consultant for Audience, and served as principal consultant at Silicon Consulting Group, as well as senior director of QRE at AMCC. Earlier, he held engineering management roles for Maxtor, Quantum, and Cypress Semiconductor.

He received an M.S. in physical chemistry from California State University - Hayward.

Farah Kayhour is the owner of Best Choice Health Products.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,805 home sales in Fremont during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $440,000.
