NBA player Jason Richardson has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath Mediterranean-style house at 5616 La Salle Ave. in Northwest Hills for $1.95 million.

The 5,437-square-foot house in Montclair was built in 2004. He paid $2.78 million for the property in March 2007 and first listed it on the market for $3.1 million in March 2008.
Richardson is a shooting guard/small forward for the Orlando Magic of the National Basketball Association. He started his career in the NBA with the Golden State Warriors in 2001 and earned NBA Rookie Challenge MVP and All-Rookie Team First Team honors. After six seasons with the Warriors, he was traded to the Charlotte Bobcats along with the draft rights to 36th pick Jermareo Davidson for the draft rights to eighth pick Brandan Wright. On December 10, 2008, he was traded to the Phoenix Suns together with Jared Dudley and a 2010 second round pick for Boris Diaw, Raja Bell and Sean Singletary. He joined the Orlando Magic on Dec. 18.
