Charles Eugene Marsala has relisted a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 33 Emilie Ave. in Atherton for $3.5 million.

Marsala originally listed the home with Coldwell Banker for $4.3 million in August 2011. Richard Webber of Homeworks Real Estate. Inc. is the current listing agent.

The 2,460-square-foot house, built in 1924, is in West Atherton. It is part of the Thompsons subdivision.

Marsala was the mayor and council member of Atherton City. He owns Tool Boxes and More, an industrial supply company. He studied at Stanford University and Tulane University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 110 home sales in Atherton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $3.8 million.
