Mr. Matschullat is a private equity investor serving as the presiding director of the board of directors of the Clorox Co., director of McKesson Corp. and director of the Walt Disney Co. He joined Visa Inc. in a similar capacity in 2007. He has previously served as chief financial officer and vice chairman of the board of directors of the Seagram Co. Ltd.
He obtained his M.B.A. from the Stanford University Business School in 1972 and his B.A. in sociology from Stanford University in 1969.
Mr. Thomason is the chief executive officer of the Barber Auto Group. He was the founder and chief executive officer of the Thomason Auto Group and president of Asbury Automotive Oregon.
He graduated from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon in 1976.
Ms. Autzen is a realtor and interior designer in San Francisco and the granddaughter of Thomas J. Autzen, the namesake of the University of Oregon's Autzen Stadium.
Thomason also sold a condo at 1880 Steiner St. in Western Addition in Aug. 2005.
