Media producer and director spends in Mill Valley

Medium 794a59d6c208efd608515033e2dde6de Anthony Shiff and Susan McCrae Shiff sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 6 Plymouth Circle in Mill Valley to John Lyman and Sarah E. Lyman for $1.9 million on May 28.

The Shiffs paid $1.5 million for the property in Nov. 2007. The 2,255-square-foot house was built in 1946 in South of Blithedale Ave. It is located in the Sycamore Park subdivision.

Mr. Shiff is a producer and director of television and digital media projects who is the co-founder of Screening Party. He previously was CEO and founder of an online startup Moshkit, executive producer at Big Bear Entertainment LLC and a consultant at Cablevision.

He also served as executive producer for Stromlo Entertainment, CEO and executive producer for Telescopic Pictures. He was COO, partner and executive producer for Palomar Pictures and head of production at Limelight Pictures.

He holds a B.F.A. in film and television from the University of California-Los Angeles.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 321 home sales in Mill Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $900,000.
