Clinical social worker deals Larkspur 3BD

Leah Seidler and Michael Goodman sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome at 45 Corte Real in Larkspur to Darko and Vedrana Pinjo Neuschul for $565,000 on Sept. 30.

Seidler and Goodman paid $705,000 for the property in March 2005. The 1,645-square-foot home in Greenbrae of Larkspur was built in 1973. It is located in the South Larkspur subdivision.

Seidler is a clinical social worker and therapist in San Francisco.

Her specialties include relationship issues, depression and spirituality.

She graduated from University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Neuschul is a senior manager of customs and global trade at Deloitte Tax LLP. He's also served Deloitte as a tax
manager.

He previously served as a senior consultant of customs and international trade at Ernst & Young LLP and at Arthur Andersen LLP.

He attended Southern Methodist University.

Seidler and Goodman, along with Michael John Wiener, sold their home at 45 Bella Vista Way in West of Twin Peaks for $785,000 in Oct. 2004.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 154 home sales in Larkspur during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $877,000.
