Built in 1932, the home is located in the Visitacion subdivision. Eleven similar homes in this subdivision sold for between $460,000 and $570,000 during the past year.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 80 home sales in Brisbane during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $616,250.
